Paris (75) - Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris : hauteur de la grande galerie des chimeres et gargouilles, qui relie la base des tours. Les gargouilles (en bas) ont ete restituees au XIXe siecle partir de modele du Moyen-Age. En revanche, les chimeres (en haut) sortent de l'imagination de l'architecte Viollet le Duc. Bati il y a 150 ans, ce bestiaire effrayant fait desormais partie integrante de l'image de Notre Dame. Ici, l'angle sud ouest de la tour Sud, a une altitude de 43 metres. En bas, le presbytere, construit en style neo-medieval au XIXe siecle. En arriere plan, le bras sud de la Seine et la tour de l'universite de Jussieu. // France - Paris (75) - Cathedral Notre Dame de Paris : At the height of the great gallery of chimeras and gargoyles, which connects the base of the towers.
