Discovered in the basement of the Latin cemeteries neighborhood, the Alabaster Tomb is the most beautiful example of the Ptolemaic funeral chamber that exists today. It belonged to a noble dignitary. Some even believe that it could have been a part of the tomb of Alexander the Great; one of history’s greatest archeological mysteries.
